The Morrison contracts with Synertx Rehabilitation for its physical and occupational therapy services. Synertx is a national provider who hires local therapists to provide physical and occupational therapy to our residents. They provide 5+ days per week of service and have a reputation for providing quality services in rural areas. On-site services for our intermediate and skilled nursing care residents include:

• Specialized dietary services
• Three nutritious meals a day
• Licensed nursing staff 24 hours-a-day
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Social services and activities
• Nursing care, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication management
